Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange your Etch Info Tech product.

Returns for Manufacturer Defects (Within One Year):

If your Etch Info Tech product experiences a manufacturer defect within one year of purchase, we will gladly offer you a free replacement. To qualify for a free replacement:

The defect must be a result of faulty materials or workmanship.
You must have a valid proof of purchase (receipt, invoice).
The product must be returned in its original packaging (if possible).

How to initiate a return for manufacturer defect:

Contact our customer support team at 1-868-294-7885 or etchinfotech@gmail.com. They will guide you through the return process.
You will receive a return shipping label via email.
Securely pack the defective product in its original packaging (if possible) and attach the return shipping label.
Ship the product back to the address provided.

Once we receive the defective product, we will inspect it and process your replacement within 14 business days.

Please note:

This policy only applies to manufacturer defects. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear will not be covered.
We reserve the right to deny a return or replacement if the product does not meet the return criteria.

Non-Defective Returns:

We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for non-defective products.
